As a reminder to most of you, that the HOMEBUYER CREDIT has been changed, or the deadline has changed.  For those homebuyers who entered into binding contracts prior to May 1, 2010 now have until September 30, 2010 to close the purchase.  This is extended from the previous June 30, 2010 date that has been the rule.

This new law changes the deadline for closing on the qualifying purchase.  Buyers must now close on the home that was under contract before October 1, 2010 to qualify for the credit.
